The premiere urban destination for contemporary hit music, radio legend KTU is celebrating an amazing 30 years in the airwaves. The KTU 30th Anniversary Show will take place Friday, May 8th, 2026 at the Hammerstein Ballroom.

The night features a three-time platinum selling hip-hop superstar, Flo Rida, best known for his chart topping hits “Low,” “Right Round,” and “Whistle.” Next up, Grammy winner Shaggy will take the stage performing his classic hits, “It Wasn’t Me,” “Boombastic,” and more. Rounding out the concert line-up will be up-and-coming Long Island artist Paul Russell, performing his smash hit single, “Lil Boo Thang.” The night will wrap up with a hometown performance by Queens natives, Nina Sky and their hit, “Move Ya Body.”

103.5 KTU Presents 30th Anniversary Show. 103.5 KTU will be celebrating 30 years on the air with a multi-generational night of fun, as legendary hip-hop artists and reggae royalty share the stage with pop sensations. This is a once in a lifetime event that will bring out the biggest and hottest names in music to Hammerstein Ballroom in NYC's Midtown Manhattan on Friday, May 8th, 2026. Doors: 7:00 PM / Show: 8:00 PM. 

Flo Rida

Flo Rida is known for his pop-rap music and chart-topping hits like “Low”, “Right Round”, “Club Can't Handle Me” and “Good Feeling”. With real name Tramar Lacel Dillard, Flo Rida, meaning Florida, is from Carol City, Florida. He has over 80 million records sold worldwide. Most recently he performed hit singles like “Wild Ones”, “Whistle”, “My House” and “G.D.F.R”.

Born and raised in Florida, he got his stage name from the state he was born in and the flowing rap he does. Florida/Flow is one of the best rappers in the game today and 2 of his hits "Run Run Run" and "Real One" got Grammy nominations for Best Rap/Sung Collaboration and Best Rap Song. He has also won a People's Choice Award for Favorite Hip-Hop Artist (Male). 

Shaggy

Reggae superstar Shaggy (real name Orville Richard Burrell). Known to his fans in Kingston, Jamaica as 'Rebel Soldier', Shaggy has two Grammy Award wins for Best Reggae Album for 'Boombastic' (1996) and '44/876' (2018) with collaborative partner, guitarist and producer, Roy 'Fattie'' Powell. He was awarded the 2002 Brit Award for International Male Solo Artist of the year, as well as the Order of Distinction - Commander Class by the Prime Minister of Jamaica for his services to music. In 2017, Shaggy was awarded an Honorary Doctor of Fine Arts degree from Brown University. 

Paul Russell

Smash hits 'Lil Boo Thang', as well as 'Say Cheese' and 'Ms. Poli Sci'. With a unique blend of R&B, funk, hip-hop and pop, Los Angeles rapper, singer, and songwriter Paul Russell has coined the term 'cookout music' to describe his sound. His 2024 EP 'Miracle Mile' showcases the many facets of Paul's music. 'Boo Thang' has been certified Platinum by the RIAA, ARIA, BPI, and MC, notching up over 373,000,000 global streams and multiple entries on the Billboard Hot 100. 

Nina Sky

Nina Sky are identical twin sisters Nicole and Natalie Albino, of Puerto Rican descent. They blend pop, hip-hop, R&B and reggae on their original songs. "Move Ya Body" dominated the charts in 2004, sitting atop the Billboard Hot 100 Top 5. The track also charted in many countries including the UK, Germany and more. 

Hammerstein Ballroom Information

The historic Hammerstein Ballroom, located at Manhattan Center in the heart of Midtown Manhattan at 311 West 34th Street. Seating at the Hammerstein Ballroom is very flexible with options including standing room General Admission, balcony seating, and Reception Style or Theater Style seating. Space will be available on a first come basis with up to 3,500 Standing Room GA for this concert. The venue itself is the historic two-tiered ballroom at Manhattan Center with stunning architecture and design that will perfectly compliment the show. Parking Information

There is no on-site parking available for Hammerstein Ballroom. However, there are many off-street and on-street parking garages and lots located throughout Midtown Manhattan. Street parking is also available and is a short walk from the ballroom. Due to the venue's proximity to Penn Station, public transportation is the best method of travel for shows held at Hammerstein Ballroom.
